If you didn’t know, in this matrix, your energy and attention are currency. When we turn on the TV, every program is fighting for our attention. And if you pay attention, you may notice recurring themes across many platforms vying for your gaze. Viral videos and news headlines create an orchestra of discourse. Just like in sports, there are always opposing sides—the age-old story of good vs. evil. They don’t care which side you choose; they just need you to choose. The so-called powers that be thrive on division, keeping the collective trapped in an endless loop of distractions. As long as you choose sides—and, more importantly, a savior—you will remain disempowered in both the 3D world and internally.
We have all fallen victim to the program. We build massive arenas to watch teams duel for entertainment. We idolize people with certain abilities. We work long hours just to pay to see the very idols we’ve created and elevated as gods. We spend countless hours deifying entertainers, athletes, models, politicians, civil leaders, and anyone the CIA chooses to propagate.
If you pay close attention, every few years, our attention is strategically called upon. The masses become deeply engaged. This leader or that leader is presented as the one who will lead us to greatness or salvation. People are slain by the very few chosen to protect us, and justice is rarely served. Events are cherry-picked or outright orchestrated to evoke an emotional response. The program continues—fear, scarcity, security, and the fear of missing out are all thrown into the mix to keep you tuned in.
But there is a way out. The way out is in. When you understand that the fundamental nature of reality is extremely malleable, you’ll realize that attention is the name of the game. What you focus on, you co-create. Just like when something new enters your awareness—you start seeing it, hearing about it, and eventually experiencing it firsthand. I fully grasped this during the pandemic.
I never saw a riot. I didn’t know anyone who died from COVID. I didn’t lose my job. The stores still had water and toilet paper. Everything around me didn’t shut down indefinitely. Instead, I took that time to truly sit with the realization that I am the creator of my own reality. With that awareness, I became more enlightened. I experienced so much. I began investing, we traveled, we purchased a home at an unbelievable interest rate, and I got one of the cars I had always wanted—again, at an incredible rate and price. I also started cooking healthier meals and taking supplements that reduced inflammation and helped with weight management. Life was elevated because I refused to co-create the chaos.
The signs were so clear—from the almost theatrical videos of people collapsing in the streets in China to the planted anarchists inciting violence in Black communities, to the political nonsense—I simply chose not to feed into it, and it was not my experience. Some might say that’s being out of touch, but baby, I’m an alchemist. I know that my outward experience is fully governed by my internal landscape.
So… since it’s that time of year again, I urge you to resist co-creating your own doomsday timeline. Be aware, but stay fully immersed in your personal 3D reality. Work on your faith. Understand that you are the creator and main character of your storyline. Be mindful of what you consume and refuse to co-create experiences you don’t wish to live through.
Now, let me share a few synchronicities on co-creation from the past few days. During lunch with my mom and sister, we started talking about the Wayans Brothers. I mentioned seeing Shawn Wayans at Toca Madera and how young he looked. We began looking up their ages. The next thing I knew, I saw them on my timeline because they had just won an NAACP award—right after we tuned into their vibration. Or take this: my little girl and I watched The Princess and the Frog for the first time last week. Since then, two people have told me I remind them of Princess Tiana—a comment I had never received before. Or my husband asking for Off-White sunglasses for Christmas. At the resort the other day, I asked him why he wanted those specifically. He said he just liked the style. I explained that Off-White was actually a full clothing brand and that I had seen men wearing it from head to toe. That same night, at the resort, we saw a man decked out in Off-White—top, jeans, and shoes.
Here’s another one: I was casually listening to a playlist, and the flamboyantly talented Durand Bernarr came on. I told my husband how I’d love to see him in concert, which led to a whole conversation about my husband attending a show by an openly gay artist like him. The next morning, I received an email announcing that Durand Bernarr was going on tour and coming to our city. The email arrived just an hour before the pre-sale started.
All of these synchronicities happened within days. What you tune into, you manifest—even in small ways. I say all this to remind you: be mindful of what you focus on.
I got on a plane. Did I affirm, “All these planes are falling out of the sky!” like I keep seeing on social media? Hell no, because I don’t want that to be my experience. And guess what? Even through turbulence, I wasn’t anxious at all. Mind you, I’ve always been an anxious flyer with endless internal chatter trying to soothe me. This time, I was free and clear. That’s how I know my internal work is working.
Co-create your best reality. Be divinely apathetic to the BS.
