ALEXANDRIA'S ALCHEMY

The Synchronicities Are Getting Out of Hand (In the Best Way)

On Friday, I attended a semi-private event for a Top Chef judge with an acquaintance I hadn’t seen since last year. It was such a great time! You know I always talk about being a Beacon of Light and having witnesses. She definitely was a witness to these crazy synchronicities.

During our conversation, I mentioned my blog—not by name—but shared a few things about it. She asked how it’s been being off social media. I explained my reasons and told her about an experience I had at another event. A girl came up to me—without asking my name or anything—and said, “I saw you walk in. You’re so pretty. I was like, I need to get her Instagram!” Not my name. Not even “hi.” Just straight to Instagram. I thought it was funny but also really interesting. I’ve noticed that when I first meet people, they usually ask for my Instagram. When I tell them I’m not on there, they’re always shocked and tell me I need to get on it. So I brought that up, too.

We also got into dating, and I told her how I keep running into people from dating shows I watch. Just this past week, I met someone from Pop the Balloon and another from Ready to Love—two of my favorites. This will be relevant later…

I mentioned how I had been going through old blog entries from almost ten years ago earlier that day, and how the hors d’oeuvres at the event reminded me of a post I wrote back then. I noted that I probably shouldn’t mix too many food items at once, because it instantly brought that memory back. In that blog, I talked about attending a private event for Ray J and Kendra Wilkinson. I ended up sick the next day after eating the sushi they were passing around.

Then, during that same conversation, she asked if I’d ever read The Alchemist. I laughed and told her I’ve read it four times since I first picked it up nearly a decade ago. It felt so aligned, especially since my blog is literally called Alexandria’s Alchemy.

But the synchronicities didn’t stop there.

Not long after, THE SAME GIRL I MENTIONED—the one who asked for my Instagram before even asking my name—WALKS IN. And guess who she’s with? A woman who was ON Ready to Love. I told my friend about the coincidence, and she thought it was wild since we had just been talking about both of those things. I told her my manifestations are speeding up, and the synchronicities lately have been insane.

Then, later that night, I was scrolling TikTok and guess who pops up? Kendra Wilkinson—LMAO—twerking to a Too Short song. In that same blog post I’d read earlier, I mentioned how Too Short was at her party as well. And then Ray J shows up on my feed, too. He’s on the Millennial Tour now, so I’m not totally surprised, but still. The Kendra one? So random. I didn’t search her up or anything—I’d just read that old blog on my laptop earlier.

Another wild thing happened yesterday.

Remember how I mentioned the red cardinal that kept flying into my window after I started ancestor reverence? That was months ago—and it hadn’t happened since. Although, for a while, it was happening pretty consistently.

Well, I reactivated TikTok this past week, and of course, being into spirituality, I started seeing those annoying tarot readings. One reading talked about how signs and synchronicities from your ancestors were about to ramp up and be in your face.

As the video said that, the damn cardinal slammed into my window. I hadn’t seen it in months.

Another video I came across was about what it feels like when “the signs from the universe are no longer subtle.” It showed a bird hitting a window, angel numbers (which I always see), and animals or children being drawn to you—which also happens to me. But that bird imagery? That stood out the most—because it literally happened.

Baby, I swear—since starting this blog AND really getting comfortable with certain quantum theories, it’s like I took the red pill. I’m not mad at it. At all.

For this upcoming week, I’m getting the sense that I should really be present. That looks like staying off TikTok (that damn app didn’t last long on my phone), not watching too much YouTube, and not even reading too many books or articles online. These synchronicities are reminding me to be more grounded and immersed in my reality. I’ve been feeling a strong desire to clear out the noise and stop filling my time with virtual distractions or frivolous information.
